I have been following the conflict in Nagorno-Karabakh, like so many others are right now, while holding my breath.
So the announcement that Mr. Vladimir Putin has said it would be “suicidal” for the Armenian government to back out of a Russian-brokered ceasefire in the war presents a real conundrum.
Such strong and “in no uncertain terms” language from the official peacekeeping force now stationed in Nagorno-Karabakh is ambiguous, to say the least.
