2021.09.27 Line 3: Camp Migizi

Taysha and Madonna share about the importance of direct action and intergenerational and intersectional alliances in movement building.

Camp Migizi along with more than 50 water protectors staged a non-violent direct action today to shut down construction. They blockaded both entrances. The block at one gate included a tripod which impeded the entrance road. This particular pump station is one of the last active construction sites on the pipeline route.
