This exchange was filmed by an unseen woman, who verbally supported the man who’d been racially abused after the racist snapped. Police are aware of the clip, but no charges had been filed in relation to the incident, and no-one had come into the precinct to report it.

So what they really mean is, WE CAN PUBLICLY TERRORIZE, DEGRADE AND DEHUMANIZE YOUR EXISTANCE DAILY, ANYTIME WE FEEL LIKE IT AND THERE IS NOT A DAMN THING YOU CAN DO ABOUT IT. NOW OR EVER.
