The three Honolulu police officers who killed Iremamber Sykap will not face charges.

Officer Geoffrey Thom, who shot Sykap 10 times through the back windshield, was charged with murder. Officer Zackary Ah Nee and Officer Christopher Fredeluces were charged with attempted murder.
Prosecutor Christopher Van Marter argued that no one was in danger at the time that officers opened fire on the Honda Civic the teen was driving.
