Terence Sutton killed Karon Hylton-Brown during his Oct. 23, 2020 shift on the Crime Suppression Team.

Sutton and his supervisor, Lieutenant Andrew Zabavsky, killed Karon Hylton-Brown while in the commission of a pretext stop; riding a scooter on the sidewalk without a helmet.

Cops Terence Sutton and Andrew Zabavsky were indicted last year for murder and conspiracy.

Karon’s family have been left with no answers and are wondering why the investigation is taking so long. The evidence is available, authorities have access to the footage, eyewitness statements of the incident to prove that police committed a violation by chasing Karon–leading to his death.
